We lend to a wider range of businesses.

We currently consider the following types of borrower entities:

• Limited Companies
• LLPs
• Sole Traders
• Partnerships
• PLCs
• Trusts
• SSASs
• SIPPs

In addition, you are also required to comply with the below:

1. You currently live in the UK, or
2. Your company is registered in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. The Centre of Main Interest must be in the UK.
3. Your company has been trading for a minimum of 2 years.
4. Maximum five satisfied CCJ’s within the last 3 years and no missed secured loan repayments within the last 12 months.
5. You have not been declared bankrupt or entered an IVA / CVA in the last 3 years.

No, we are not currently accepting new applications for Professional Buy-to-Let loans. This does not affect our existing Professional Buy-to-Let borrowers, who continue to be serviced by our Loan Management team.

We offer two standard variable rates – one for Commercial properties and one for Residential properties. Our current standard variable rates, which will apply after the end of any fixed-rate period (as per your Product Terms & Conditions) are available below:

All loans offered by Recognise may be repaid early, but some fees and penalties may apply. Please check your Facility Letter or contact a member of the Recognise team for redemption details.

Recognise will lend to businesses registered in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. The Centre of Main Interest must be in the UK.

Any property (ies) offered as security must be in England, Wales or Scotland.
