Our buy-to-let mortgages are unregulated and designed for business purposes only.
We’ve designed this loan for several business types including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies and LLPs that are based or registered in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Please note, the Centre of Main Interest must be in the UK.
The loan amount we can provide will be assessed once we have received your full application. Typically, the minimum loan size is £250,000 up to a maximum of £10 million.
